Selena D, you night auditor was amazing. Friendly, courteous and helpful. She gave us a room that perfectly located for my disabled wife. Then showed us where to park to make entry and exit easy given my wife's stroke and her challenges. In today's environment it's rare to get genuine and exceptional service. Side note - the breakfast was excellent. The next time we travel to and from Texas we know where we are staying! Thank you - Jerry and Heather Hoyt

Hotel was incredible! The breakfast was outstanding. Very delicious and loved the variety. Great location for visiting Mesa Verde National Park and surrounding areas. Great laundromat for laundry just up the street from here. There were ants in one of the rooms and they gave us a discount on the room because of it. Front desk staff is amazing! Loved the warm cookies available at check in! Great touch!

Check in was super smooth sailing & I cannot remember the guys name but he was super friendly (evening shift)! Parking was almost full & he offered to move his car if we couldn’t find a spot near our room. Rooms/beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the whole dining area was kept super clean.
